Our very own Dr. Joanne Pisani has been named a recipient of the Long Island Coalition Against Bullying’s Long Island School Hero Award.

The award celebrates individuals across Long Island who make a difference within their school communities by fostering kindness, inclusion and safety. It specifically shines a spotlight on those whose work may often happen behind the scenes but leaves a lasting impact on students and those around them. Dr. Pisani was recognized for her contributions to the Connetquot school community.
