Universal Pre-K

There are currently several available openings in the Connetquot Central School District’s 2026-2027 Universal Pre-Kindergarten program. The available spots are within the program’s 9:50 a.m.-2:50 p.m. timeslot at the Idle Hour Elementary School location in Oakdale.

To be eligible, your child must turn 4 years old on or before Dec. 1, 2026. Applications are available on the district’s website here.

All completed forms and required documentation must be submitted to and approved by Central Registration via email at UPKapplication@ccsdli.org; faxed to 631-244-2294 or mailed to Central Registration, which is located at John Pearl Elementary School, 1070 Smithtown Ave., Bohemia, NY 11716. 

This program is funded by a New York State grant and there is no cost to the applicant. Parents must provide transportation to and from the program.

The deadline to be part of the 2026-2027 UPK lottery has passed. We are, however, still accepting applications for a waitlist.
