The deadline to be part of the 2026-2027 UPK lottery has passed. We are, however, still accepting applications for a waitlist.

To be eligible, your child must turn 4 years old on or before December 1, 2026. All completed forms and required documentation should be submitted to Central Registration via email at: UPKapplication@ccsdli.org; faxed to 631-244-2294 or mailed to Central Registration which is located at John Pearl Elementary School, 1070 Smithtown Ave., Bohemia, NY 11716. This program is funded by a New York State grant and there is no cost to the applicant. Parents must provide transportation to and from the program.
