Connetquot High School students recently visited the Dayton T. Brown Engineering facility in Bohemia through the Work-Based Learning program. During their visit, they explored the day-to-day operations of this leading aerospace company and learned about different types of engineering careers.  

They saw firsthand how teams collaborate to meet strict safety protocols while testing critical products. This ongoing partnership continues to provide meaningful experiences for our students, including the chance to shadow engineering professionals, gain valuable career insight and receive advice on future pathways in engineering. Students also learned about scholarship and internship opportunities for seniors!
