Happy first day of school and welcome back, Connetquot! Sept. 3 marked the first day of school for the district’s students. From kindergartners to the Connetquot High School seniors, students eagerly entered their respective buildings on the first day, toting new school supplies and smiles. Each school’s staff and members of the administration were there to greet students as they stepped off the buses, giving them a warm welcome before leading them to their classrooms. After a summer away, students reconnected with their friends and teachers before learning began.
