In the spirit of Election Day, Idle Hour Elementary students were given the opportunity to cast their own votes for the PTA’s winter celebration theme during their lunch periods.

Students could either vote for “Frosty and Rudolph’s Winter Wonderland” or “Gingerbread Candyland”. Students were given a ballot and were asked to check off their theme of choice behind privacy stations. Once they cast their vote, they even received “I voted!” stickers to commemorate the experience. After tallying the students’ votes, the winning theme, “Gingerbread Candyland”, was announced.
