The Connetquot High School International Club enjoyed a day in Manhattan, exploring Chinatown and Little Italy.

Students began the day visiting the Museum of Chinese in America, learning about the many contributions to the American tapestry as well as challenges and sacrifices of Chinese immigrants.

Students also learned about different cultural practices, including the role of traditional medicines and Lunar New Year. Students finished the day with a walking tour of the music filled streets of Little Italy, enjoying Italian treats!
