On Feb. 4, the Suffolk County Music Educators’ Association will be hosting their annual Day of Jazz, featuring special performing ensembles comprised of students from Suffolk County.

The following students went through their audition process last year, were nominated by their teachers and have been chosen as members of the All-County jazz groups.

Congratulations to Paul Hein, Riley LaRocca, Jessica Patanjo and Xavier Vargas on being selected as part of SCMEA’s All-County Intermediate Instrumental Jazz Ensemble and congratulations to Mia Lange and Natalie Marroquin-Escobar on being selected for SCMEA’s All-County Advanced Vocal Jazz Ensemble.
