Student/Parent Letter on Course Selection Process - This letter details the 2021-2022 Course Selection process.

  • DEADLINE TO SUBMIT THE 2021-2022 COURSE SELECTION FORM IS FRIDAY, JANUARY 15, 2021.

2021-2022 CHS COURSE GUIDE 

  • This Course Guide provides students and parents with information necessary to design a proper secondary educational program. In addition to a description of the courses offered by the high school and the Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), information on diploma requirements, selection of courses, and required subjects for all students is included. 

2021-2022 CHS COURSE SELECTION FORM -This form must be completed and returned to the CHS Guidance Department via email, postal service or dropped off in an envelope in the High School Main Office. 

  • When completed, please SAVE a copy of the course selection form on your personal storage device.  After saving, email the form as an attachment to the email address below:
