Dear Connetquot Community, The Islip Town Planning Board is holding a public hearing on Wednesday, July 16 at 6 p.m. at Town Hall West, 401 Main Street in Islip, to hear the case for the Town Board application regarding the South Bay Village planned development at the previously known Island Hills Golf Course property. The District has continuously expressed its concerns with this planned development. Attached, is the most recent letter.
