Congratulations to Connetquot High School senior Alexander DeVita for qualifying as a National Merit Scholarship Finalist!  As a semifinalist, he has fulfilled several additional requirements and advanced to the finalist level of the competition before being considered for a National Merit Scholarship. Over 15,000 of the semifinalists are expected to become finalists, and Alex is one of them. Mr. Moran presented Alex with a Certificate of Merit from NMSC attesting to his distinguished performance in the competition.
