GOALS

To teach students the fundamental skills of team or lifelong sports in a safe, active and educational classroom.  This will provide our students the confidence to participate in a few of these sports throughout their lives.

To teach students that exercising and eating healthy are vital to a healthy future.  Exercising on our track, riding our stationary bikes and constant activity are customary to our Physical Education lessons.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION SCHEDULE

Your child needs to have athletic style sneakers that do  not have openings in the front or back to participate in class for safety reasons. Please have your child wear or bring sneakers to school on the following days.
