JUNIOR FORMAL INFORMATION:

April 9, 2025

Dear families of Connetquot Juniors,

We are so excited to announce that the Junior Formal is Tuesday, June 10, 2025 from 6-10 PM at Flowerfield in St. James!  Junior Formal tickets will be sold from April 28th through May 2nd in the attendance office, room 184 with Ms. Marino Periods 2 - 9.  Students should monitor the grade 11 Google Classroom for any updates.  Tickets are $130 each.

 The Junior Formal Contract/Permission Slip can be found on the back of the event information page and must be completed and submitted at the time of the Junior Formal ticket purchase.

This document can be printed out or picked up in the 11th grade office RM 229 (Mr. Modica).  Tickets will NOT be sold with incomplete paperwork.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR A STUDENT WITH A NYS JUNIOR DRIVERS LICENSE (CLASS DJ):

  • Per the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles - Any person with a NYS Class DJ drivers license cannot drive to or from the high school without a parent or guardian in the vehicle.

STUDENT PARKING AT THE HIGH SCHOOL:

  • THIS IS A PRIVILEGE FOR SENIORS ONLY.
  • YOU MUST HAVE A NYS CLASS D LICENSE.
  • YOU MUST HAVE A VALID CHS PARKING TAG THAT MUST BE DISPLAYED FROM YOUR VEHICLE REARVIEW MIRROR.

Transportation schedule to and from the high school to MTC/BTC is available on the webpage. 

STUDENT ID CARDS for CONNETQUOT HIGH SCHOOL

  • This year all students are expected to wear their ID cards. (Replacement lanyards are available in grade level offices).
  • Students will be scanning their ID cards upon entering the school building as well as the CHS cafeteria.
  • Students will need to display their ID card when signing into a bathroom.
  • Students will continue to use the ID card received last school year.
  • LOST ID CARD: If you lost your ID card and need a replacement please stop by a grade level Assistant Principal Office for Assistance.
  • Replacement ID CARDS will be available for pick-up in grade level Assistant Principal Office.

eSchool Parent Portal:

  • If you already have a Parent Portal account, go to: Parentportal.eschooldata.com and login in using your credentials (username and password) and click the Login button.
  • If you have forgotten your Parent Portal password, you will need to know your username and/or email address associated with your account.  Click on this link to reset your password:  Parentportal.eschooldata.com/ForgotPassword
