Throughout the month of March, the Connetquot Central School District will proudly celebrate Disabilities Awareness Month with the empowering slogan, “Yes, I Can.” To kick off the celebration, the district held a design contest, inviting Connetquot students to submit artwork for the T-shirts and sweatshirts that will be worn on Mondays during March. Congratulations to Samantha Grizzaffi, a talented fourth grader from Mrs. Klaus’ class at Sycamore Avenue Elementary, on her winning design!
