On Jan. 8, Connetquot High School hosted its annual ninth grade curriculum fair, providing an informative evening for incoming eighth grade students and their families. The event kicked off with a warm introduction from Principal Mike Moran who welcomed the students as the Class of 2029.

Director of Guidance Jessica Yawney-Kohler then presented to the attendees, covering essential topics such as high school scheduling, graduation requirements, student activities and a high school timeline to help families navigate the next four years.

Following the presentation, students headed to the curriculum fair where they had the opportunity to meet with curriculum directors and learn more about elective courses, clubs and honor societies. Honor society students were also available to answer questions and share their experiences.
